Contact us to get a free staging estimate or call or email us to arrange a consultation with our leading staging expert & designer. She will be spend 2 hours with you in your home and give you a detailed plan of action to get your home ready for the market. We meet and agree to inspect your property, measure up and start the staging planning process. A detailed staging report, which includes specific recommendations by room, is provided following the consultation. A Proposal will be provided outlining the project details and fees.

When we finalize the staging proposal, the next step is the design process. We go room by room and give you a detailed plan of action with any colour/renovation/repair/decluttering recommendations that are needed. We then select furniture & accessories that fits the style of each room, buyer demographic and lifestyle of the potential buyer. We send you a complete file with furniture selection images and a write up following the consult report.

With white glove delivery service, our movers bring in all the necessary furniture and accessories needed for your home. We set up and install the furniture and our lead designer stylizes and accessories putting the final touches on the home. Setup and accessorization is completed within 2 business days and the home is ready to be SHOWCASED!
